Michael Deshayes

What started out as a small garage band amongst friends soon became a series of indie, alternative rock passion projects. The Australian based band wrote, recorded and produced their first single during 2012 and their first album soon followed.

Working directly with the band was a great experience, there was a strong interest in attempting experimental methods to match their desired alternative, indie aesthetic. I'm thankful for their trust and effort in participating in all aspects of this project.

Photographic album covers with typography

Paper Warfare album released in 2012. Features band branding and simplistic condensed typography with strong emphasis on colour. Image captured using vintage Polaroid camera for rustic aesthetic and minor post production enhancement editing.
